3.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify t777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. t777 will not be liable for losses resulting from the compromise of your login credentials where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over those credentials.
3.4 KYC Verification. t777 is required under its licensing obligations to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You must submit a valid copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and any additional documentation requested by t777's compliance team. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period will result in withdrawal suspension.
3.5 Account Truthfulness. Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration or the KYC process is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud. t777 reserves the right to close accounts and refer matters to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.
4.1 t777 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Debit Card (Visa / Mastercard), USDT TRC20, and SadaPay. All deposits are credited in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
4.2 The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 for most payment methods. Maximum deposit limits may apply per method and per day; current limits are displayed within the t777 Cashier section.
4.3 All deposits must originate from a payment account or method that is registered in your own name. t777 does not accept third-party deposits. If a third-party deposit is detected, the funds will be returned to the originating account and the Player's account may be suspended pending investigation.
4.4 t777 does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own charges; t777 is not responsible for such third-party fees.
4.5 t777 reserves the right to reject any deposit at its sole discretion and to request the source-of-funds documentation for deposits above certain thresholds as required by its anti-money laundering obligations.
5.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made by Players who have completed KYC verification to t777's satisfaction. t777 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal regardless of the amount.
5.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. Where this is not possible, t777 may process the withdrawal via an alternative method and will notify the Player accordingly.
5.3 t777 targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within forty-eight (48) hours. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed faster. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required.
5.4 t777 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or suspicious betting patterns.
5.5 Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not available for withdrawal. Only the real-money component of your balance (net of uncleared bonus funds) may be withdrawn at any time.
5.6 t777 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. However, minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the Cashier section of the Platform.
6.1 General. t777 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to cashable balance. Wagering requirements state the total amount that must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is satisfied — for example, a 35x requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 35,000 must be wagered in eligible games before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
6.3 One Welcome Bonus Per Player. The welcome bonus is available once per Player, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus multiple times — including through the registration of duplicate accounts — will result in the bonus being voided and the account closed.
6.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and associated free spins expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the promotion's specific terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited without exception.
6.5 Game Restrictions. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Specific game contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms. Generally, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute at a lower rate, and certain games may be excluded entirely from wagering requirements.

7.2 In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during gameplay, t777's recorded game logs constitute the authoritative record of events. t777 is not liable for losses attributable to connection failures on the Player's end. 11.1 All content on the t777 Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, game assets, trademarks, logos, text, and design elements — is the property of t777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the t777 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other use is permitted.
11.3 You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the t777 Platform without t777's prior written consent.
12.1 No Warranty. t777 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While t777 uses reasonable endeavours to ensure the Platform is available and functions correctly, it makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses.
12.2 Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, t777's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 Consequential Loss. t777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
12.4 Force Majeure. t777 shall not be in breach of these Terms or liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, cyber-attacks, natural disasters, or regulatory interventions.
13.1 t777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account, and to cancel pending bets and withdrawals, where t777 reasonably suspects that:
13.2 Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, t777 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If fraud or serious breach is confirmed, the balance may be confiscated. Where no breach is established, the verified real-money balance (excluding any uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the Player.
13.3 Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting t777 support. Account closure for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) is processed immediately and permanently.
14.1 If you have a complaint regarding t777, please contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. t777 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 14 calendar days.
14.2 If you are dissatisfied with t777's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to t777's licensing authority through the dispute resolution mechanism provided under t777's gaming licence.
14.3 Any dispute arising in connection with a sports betting event must be raised within thirty (30) days of the relevant event result. Disputes raised after this period may not be accepted for review.
15.1 t777 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, t777 will provide Players with at least seven (7) days' notice via email and/or prominent in-platform notification before changes take effect.
15.2 Amendments that are required by regulatory obligation may take effect immediately without the standard notice period.
15.3 Your continued use of the t777 Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you should cease using t777 and request account closure before the amendment's effective date.
16.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which t777 holds its gaming licence.
16.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through t777's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of t777's licensing jurisdiction.
16.3 Nothing in this clause shall restrict t777's right to seek injunctive or other urgent relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
